ENROLMENT CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted at any time during the term, however refunds will only be issued from the date of official cancellation by parents.


REFUNDS AND CREDITS

The term fee is for the students’ place in class for the whole term. Unfortunately Drama Time is unable to refund when students are absent due to illness or other personal reasons.

In the event of Drama Time being unable to provide scheduled classes due to public holidays, excursions etc, a make up class will be provided. If a make up class is unable to be provided then fees for that class will be refunded or credited.


OVER DUE ACCOUNTS

In cases where student fees have not been paid for the previous term, students may not be allowed to attend the following term until the account has been settled.


PHOTOGRAPHS/VIDEO

Please notify us in writing if you do not wish your child to be photographed or filmed during their Drama Time class. Otherwise, any photographs or footage may be used in our promotional material including show reels, printed media (brochures etc) or online (our website, Facebook page or media).
